Wow, sorry to yell my thread topic for starters. Secondly, any idea when we're going away? I'm eager to get off the island to watch some hockey. An early trip would be tremendous! I must say the only other thing i long for more then Rocket hockey are Rocket Road trips in the dead of winter and going 190 in a blinding snowstorm back to the island.

I'm not saying the booster club will have bus trips going but here are POTENTIAL EARLY dates for ya...
Season opener Friday the 14th in Halifax(probably hard to fill up) Friday September 28th in Moncton Saturday the 6th and 27th of October in Halifax Saturday November 10th in Bathurst Saturday November 17th in Moncton
Once again these are only POTENTIAL dates before the month of December in my eyes, booster club might think differently.

This years schedule is much more road trip friendly then last years was....lots of games that we can go over and back or even spend the night which is way more fun. looking forward to travelling to others rinks again this year.
Too bad they don't have the "redemption" ticket for other rinks like they did last year, thought that was a nice touch.

Ahhh....good to be back on the boards...
Myself and a few buddies from our regular seats in Secion 13 are going to Saint John and Moncton on the 27th and 28th for a mini-road trip. If anyone has tips or info on nightlife in Saint John, it'd be appreciated.

Rocky's is usually a good place to start before the game..good food and plenty of locals go there before the games...there is an indoor walkway system which connects Harbour Station with the uptown, they are located in there...if the weather is bad ,you don't ever have to go outside...hockey, hotels, resturants and parking, all under one roof ...if you do head out there are lots of bars within a 10 min. walk uptown...but you probably won't find a need to unless you're lookin' for the "dancin girls"..they will be found at Club Blush on Sydney Street....good seats behind the opposition bench are in section"M" from row 4 up ...have fun and play safe

I was about to ask where good seats were to be had in Harbor Station. We went there before for a road trip but I wasn't impressed with the seats we got. Thanks again! "dancin' girls", here I come!!
