I know this issue has been beaten to death on here before, but something needs to be done with the bulbs on the score clock before the season opener. I don't know if it's the civic center that needs to be complained to, but someone does. I sat in my usual Sec 1 both games, plus over in Sec 16 and there are bulbs missing everywhere. Perhaps some emails need to be sent to the office at the CCC to see if something is going to be done, it's ridiculous that at anytime they need to be out.

I sit down towards that end also and people were joking around by wanting to take a collection up for some bulbs if they are not fixed for the season opener. But seriously, there will be no excuse if they are not fixed by the season opener. Even if it takes a couple of weeks to get new bulbs in, they had all summer to make sure they worked and replace the burnt out ones.

I had spoken with the attendant at The Morgue last winter about this problem with "bulbs" in the score clock.
He had said it wasn't a "bulb" problem, but a computer problem, there was something about incompatible technologies, stuff like that.
You'd think they'd have figured it out by now, but apparently no.
Clock looks awful when you can't even tell an 8 from a 5 from a 6 because of missing lights.
It's a joke....but then again, it IS THE MORGUE!

THere is no excuse for having so many lights out on the score clock. They can blame it on technology all they want. They just need somebody with half a brain to fix it. Maybe a light bright set might do the trick. CCC get off your ass, and fix the damn thing. I am tired of everybody being so laid back and just accepting the problems with the CCC. Summerside can sure show you guys a thing or two about how to treat the people coming to the Wellness Centre. FIX THE DAMN THING.

I've been told that several kinks will all be worked out before the home opener because you are right, the clock especially at the Zamboni end is unbarable and may as well not even be turned on. Should go back to the vintage clock that was used at the Forum. Hour hand, minute hand, second hand....only trouble is finding a watch battery big enough to fit.
Or you could splurge and go to the flea market and snag some of those awesome clocks that has the beer caps for the hours...now those are classy

Someone from the Civic Center was telling me yesterday that they will be fixed for the home opener. The reason why they haven't replaced them yet is because they didn't want to put the boom trucks or whatever they use on the fresh ice.

They didn't have the foresight to replace them before the ice went in?
