Perhaps it was Charron, I remember reading/hearing about one of the players not getting along with Jean and they were dealt not long afterwards. For some reason I thought it was Dubuc, but now that I think of it, I think it was Charron? My bad. Thanks for the correction.

But Jean still didn't get out of Dubuc what his other coach(es) has been getting out of him last season and this season. Gave up on him too early and another team is benefitting from it.

I believe that Dubuc and Jean never got along....but I personally don't lay the blame of that one with Dubuc...at all.

anyways we all know we screwed up on Dubuc.. I don't think the fact we moved Haddad is hurting us.. it's just that we moved him for garbage that hurt

and i'll eat my shirt if Joey is a PPG player by February.. but i am happy he's doing well for CB.. don't get me wrong

I'm not sure what the issue was between the 2 of them or who was to blame etc. If he was the only player to have issues with Jean, it may be easier to tell. But where Jean has had issues with a fair share of players, hard to point the finger solely at the players, too many players for Jean to be totally blameless. Through the years Savard has gotten rid of the players that Jean seemingly had issues with and some of these players have gone on and had good seasons for their new teams. IMO too many changes to please to one person when perhaps the problem all along has been the person that they kept.
