Ok I am reading all different things in the posts so just to clairfy...
Rumor: Street is back with the Rocket...true or false?
Rumor: Swit and Schmidt are both gone...true or false?

No idea about Street but Swit and Schmidt DID NOT make the trip to Quebec with the team....so my guess is that they were released

No official media release was made on any of it.... But with Gallant, I see no reason to keep Swit. Also with Gallant, I see Schmidt being the odd man out. |

Just because they didn't make the trip, it doesn't necessarily mean they were released. If it were to happen it wouldn't be a surprise but if they were released, why wouldn't they just come out and announce it?

October 2nd you posted: No one likes to lose, and when the going gets tough, that is the time to rally around and show support, not denigrate every effort that is being made to correct the problem.Wingman asked as question that I think a lot of people would like to know the answer to: What are the facts in regards to where you said that every effort is being made to correct the problem? People have since asked or wondered what efforts are being made without an answer or facts about those efforts.So, what are those "efforts" that you spoke of? |

Street still with Abbies. Played last night in Pictou. I'll see him in the lineup tonight against Summerside for my 1st Abbies game this season.
Swit was definitely left back...that much I do know. Schmidt...not sure about him.
Swit being left back certainly adds fuel to the fire in terms of him no longer being a viable option for this team.
Locke didn't go, but he's hurt...no reason to take him.

Flipper could be right.. afterall hockeychick asked if both Swit and Schmidt were cut/released.. he said false.. could be one gone.. one still (hanging on barely)
in fairness to flippant flipper he's saying what the puppetmasters tell him to say... you notice he only comes to "post his facts" when things are getting bad and people are actually talking about how to fix them
plus he probably has the inside goods on street and schmidt.. this is one time where his facts are probably accurate... but i think the writing is definitely on the wall for both players if they tecnically haven't been cut yet

Swit didn't make the road trip this weekend, but he hasn't been cut from the team as of yet, so what Flipper told you is in fact true. Neither him or Schmidt went, and both are still here as of now.
