Goaltenders
Jonathan Bernier (LEW) Raffaele D’Orso (VDO) Nicola Riopel (MON)
Defensemen
Simon Després (SNB) Yann Sauvé (SNB) Mark Barberio (MON) Kevin Marshall (LEW) Alex Grant (SNB) Andrew Bodnarchuk (HAL) Steven Delisle (GAT) Mathieu Bolduc (CHI) Sébastien Piché (SHA)
Forwards
Brad Marchand (VDO) Angelo Esposito (QUE) Claude Giroux (GAT) David Perron (LEW) Keven Veilleux (VIC) Logan McMillan (HAL) Christopher DiDomenico (SNB) Mathieu Perreault (BAT) James Sheppard (CAP) François Bouchard (BAC) Philippe Cornet (RIM) Kelsey Tessier (QUE) Benjamin Breault (BAC) Joël Champagne (CHI) Ryan Hillier (HAL)
No Rocket players on the roster again this year, which is kind of surprising as Morrison is second overall in scoring, and Walker is 8th, Chris Doyle 20th. Which wouldn't be so bad other then the fact Angelo Esposito (the most over-rated player in the league) is 36th in scoring..mind you he has played fewer games then most. But IMO is not team Canada caliber.

Morrison and Walker aren't eligible as overagers. Doyle not being there is a bit of a surprise however.

doyle has not had a very impressive year so far so i guess they are discounting him out. maybe with the coaching change here he will improve his game. can they add or drop players other than for injury?

You're right...he has yet to play to his full capability, but he still deserves a shot to be listed their IMO. 9pts 17pts in 15games.....and in his draft year. This is what the whole "Challenge" is about. To get a chance to see the prospects....thats what I get from it anyhow.

who has 9 pts in 15 games? Doyle has alot more than that... but he hasn't been overly impressive IMO.. scary how good he could be if he turns his game around
and this is the first time PEI has not had at least one player named (but Morrison and Walker can't play as they are 20).. year one we had Urquhart, Lambert named.. year two it was Boutin and Lapierre.. year 3 Laliberte.. last year Gragnani

One thing I have noticed is an attitude change from Doyle maybe starting to show signs of an ego.
If there is one positive from this maybe this shot to his ego (combined with a coaching change) might have him playing like he has something to prove.
Doyle is a tremendous talent and the fact that many of us think he can do even more than he has shown just speaks to his potential. Here's hoping Doyle starts tapping a little deeper into that potential.

If Lafleur would have had a decent start this year, he would have been on that roster no problem especially being the first north american goalie slected in the draft. It would have been nice to see him come home to Gatineau since we rae very proud of him here.
Hope he soon gets his game back for you guys.
