Our last 5 games, I can't see CB passing us but I guess you never know guys are coming back Brassard should be back soon, Gads will be back soon also and it's just wait and see with Crossley. Fri March 13 @ Bathurst(Winable) Sat March 13 @ Saint John(Winable we've almost beaten them a few times, and since the trade deadline there a much different team; CB beat them last night) Wed March 18 vs Moncton(Can't see us winning this one would love to be proved wrong) Fri March 20 @moncton Sat March 21 vs Saint John With Brassard back I will give them more credit. They will get a game of 4 or 5 points from Meier. He seems to be a thorn under Monctons side. They have played Moncton very close (take away Resops bad period at Moncton becuase he was stellar the next 5 periods vs Moncton. They will split with Moncton, beat Bathurst, lose both to Saint John so 70 points - could get a loser point in one of SJ games and make it 71

Don't know where to post this, but did someone say if we finish say with the 7th worst record, but win a round in the playoffs we get a worse pick in the draft? I have been following the Mooseheads since day 1, but I don't remember if this is how its done. Thanks.

Playoffs have nothing to do with it.

What did happen to Brassard anyways? I don't recall them disclosing what his injury was.

What did happen to Brassard anyways? They didn't disclose other than "Lower body injury". From watching the game live (keep in mind I'm not a doctor or any sort of medical professional) my guess would be a pulled groin. He went across the net to make a save and you could immediately see the discomfort.

Seems as though Home ice is out of reach now..... Does anyone think the team is tanking on purpose? Is their game plan now to get a higher draft pick and try to play Moncton in round one to save on gas and hotels? If they are tanking to play MOncton, it is not to save on hotels and travel

When tanking requires getting your goalie injured in January, concussing Gadoury in February, ankle sprain type injury to Fortier and would be having to bribe refs to not call fouls committed against your best player (that happens to dive) it is not called tanking - its called fighting through adversity. (Rhetoric)

It's interesting that the Mooseheads may be headed to a first round series against Zach Fucale and the Quebec Remparts - 4 vs. 13.

The Moose can just consider forfeit if they draw Val d'or.. VDO lost last night. With a win against them tonight Quebec would make sure they don't catch them. With a win tonight either in regulation or OT Quebec clinches the top 5. Quebec: 3 games left, 39 wins and 81 points Val D'Or: 3 games left, 34 wins and 76 points Shawi: 4 games left, 37 wins and 77 points Shawi could still catch Quebec if they win tonight but they would need to win their last 3 and Quebec lose their last 2.

It looks like a 2-3-2 format for them in round one with home games on the Mon (Mar 30)- Tue (Mar 31)-Thurs (Apr 2) at Forum - because it seems like its one of those three teams they will get
