While we're all here:
Because the draft is only four rounds next year, there was some discussion of allowing two years worth of picks to be dealt. A Yes vote means 2016 and 2017 picks become available to trade during this upcoming season. If no wins, then only 2016 are unlocked.
All GMs should vote once. Vote will close in a week.

Should it be a strict yes/no or should there be limits?
Easy to say 'go all out' and move all your 2017 picks then abandon the team after 2016 and leave the next GM screwed but I see the value in the ability to move 2 1sts or a 1st/2nd in different years to get a big name.
