They certainly don't look like a second place team this week. Disappointing efforts.

Pretty good weekend really. Helped Sherbrooke and Drummondville get a bit closer to Victoriaville!

Pretty good weekend really. Helped Sherbrooke and Drummondville get a bit closer to Victoriaville! Seriously, where the Victoriaville pick ends up is likely the most important race for Moncton to end this year. Wow, I didn't realize Saint John was that close to Moncton with 3 less games played.

If SJ gets 1st in the division, the Cats could get 6th seed and face #11 in round 1 and 3rd in round 2.

Please tell me that a lot of the team is down with the flu, with Wiederer, Kelly Klima, Murphy, Bower & Pickard out of the line-up and the ones still playing are not in the besr shape, Otherwise the wheels have really fallen off the Wildcats' bus.

The Wildcats are on the verge of being passed by Gatineau and Shawinigan. Plus SJ are making a real strong push lately. I would say these teams will finish ahead of the Cats. That would bring your team to 6th overall at the end of the season and would allow the Cats to win 1 round......unless a team like PEI or Sherbrooke get to 11th spot and upset your team.

Only SJ matters ... as long as we can stay ahead of them, we will get the #2, or at worst #3 seed. Right now they are hot and we are cold ... but 10 days ago we were the ones who were hot. We could reel off three or four wins in a row at some point while they lose a couple, and suddenly we have a 10 point cushion ... Or we could continue to struggle while they win out and blow by us ...

But if we don't stay ahead of SJ (pretty sure they'll catch and pass us if we don't improve in goal), then Gatineau does matter. Gatineau matters to SJ right now, and we could just switch with SJ at some point in the near future.
