Dalhousie once again out-paces the field, with a 37.9 point week, 9 better than anyone else and over 12 better than second place Bedford.
Riverview slides three spots and finds themselves just 1.4 points ahead of Miramichi for the final playoff spot.
This week is the end of the trading/free agency period. All moves must be completed by 9pm on Monday, Feb 5.

Dalhousie extends their lead to almost 60 point as we come into the final month or so. They once again, put up the best score of the week, well ahead of second place Bedford.

About a month left, and Dalhousie has already sent an order to the local sign maker to have their championship banner created. The Mooserangers put up a jaw-dropping 62.2 points last week (including Monday's Rimouski/Halifax tilt), more than double the amount scored by second place Bedford. The cupboards are bare in Dalhousie, but they'll likely have plenty of hardware to stare at as the prepare for the rebuild.
All that said, there is still a month left, and teams are jostling for playoff position. Miramichi jumped Riverview for the final playoff spot as the River Warriors look to slide into the post season following their last place finish a year ago.

First week in a while where Dalhousie DOESN'T set the bar for the week. That honour belongs to Salisbury, who put up a big week and slide into 4th.

The 2013/14 Allardville Miners set a couple of records during their run to the championship: 1) 854.6 points is easily the best ever (only Souris in 14/15 has also eclipsed 800 points) 2) Allardville beat second place Salmon Beach (now the Riverview Rage) by a margin of 119.5 points
Dalhousie has two weeks left. They are still about 100 points back of Allardville's all time scoring record. It will be difficult, but The Mooserangers have but up multiple 50+ point weeks over the course of the season, so it's not impossible. They currently sit 114.2 ahead of Bedford. The margin of victory record seems much more attainable.
A quick note about the prolific Allardville team. I'm 99% sure Penguins23® pulled that off with ZERO in-season roster moves.
And speaking of Allardville, the Miners climb another spot, and are now in 13th, less than a dozen points from a playoff spot.

Looks like Dalhousie will get their 800 points, but will likely end up short of the record. They have a 130+ point lead over Bedford, who look poised to finish second for the second year in a row.
Season ends Saturday; Final standings will be here this time next week, along with playoff details.
