I'll say 5-4 Moncton in OT

How did Stewart and McCluskey look? McCluskey barely played, they had 7D dressed. Stewart was OK, big guy that skates very well, his game is similar to a guy like Pataki.

I'll say 5-4 Moncton in OT Pretty close. Not a bad game against a solid team, took a 3-0 lead and hung on. Some undisciplined play on both sides, lots of PP and scrums. Grametbauer had a really strong game the first 40, he was caught going down early on the 2nd goal I believe.

McCluskey didn't get a single shift unless I blinked & missed it. A lot of special teams in this game so that didn't help, but don't think it would really kill them in October to throw him out there with Welsh for a couple shifts to let the kid play.

I saw him out there a couple of times. Noticed right away how small he looked, similar to Hebert from BC. I think it was in the 2nd period.

I noticed him once in the 1st with Welsh.

They are probably breaking him in slowly. Let him sit and watch and get a couple of shifts when the time is right (when other teams 4th line is out). Then maybe he dresses again tomorrow and gets a little more icetime. October (it's November now) points are just as valuable as March points.

I thought Auger looked much better last night, his best game as a Cat so far. Showed some confidence with the puck on the PP.

Is it safe to say minor penalties is our downfall at this point. We are 2nd in the league in PIMS and bottom third in PK %

That doesn't affect the roughing, hooking, tripping, highsticking calls though.
