Playing Quebec Jr.A...this league is notoriously high scoring...
Eric Leger(20) 22GP 23-29-52 Charles Taillon(19) 22GP 13-23-36 Derek Dicaire(18) 21GP 7-25-32
...a pretty amazing stat, Cats 2016 3rd round bust Noah Massie has done something that is nearly impossible, even if you were to try, you might fail...he's played 56 QMJHL games without a single point...the funny part is he was drafted as an offensive defenseman!

Massie saw very little ice when he played for the Wildcats. There are games that he got one or two shifts in the 1st period and that was it. In other words, he was mostly a bench warmer when he was in the lineup. I'm not defending him, I'm just sayin.

The fact that he was an older player(17) and came from a level that rarely graduates QMJHLers should have been another red flag. Neither Massie or Corson, both out of high school, ever came close to living up to 2nd and 3rd round status. The Cats 2014 and 2016 drafts are both trainwrecks. Hopefully the house cleaning from last year turns into a complete 180 in 2017 and beyond.

I'm just saying that you first have to get on the ice to score some points but I totally agree that he was not a Q level player, thus the reason he wasn't getting any ice time. When I think of Massie I also think of Tucker White who was also a big D who we were promised was a sure shot. He too turned out to be a bust.
