Don’t expect Gabriel Sylvestre in the lineup.
If I was a betting man, I’d say Sean Stewart is called up for tonight’s game. Plays for CB West. 22 points in 31 points.

From the league website it would seem as though he's been given an indefinite suspension while they figure out the amount of games. Anywhere from 5-10 games would be fair considering he elbowed someone in the head. If they play like they did against Blainville they should win tonight. If they play like they have in the other two games at C200 this year they'll get blown out once again. Let's hope for the former.

Ya it’s weird his name is up there on the suspension, but no game amount indicating it is indefinite till reviewed but then someone above him who played the 9th already has a 2 game suspension for checking o the head?? Why is it taking so long to assess and administer discipline?

It honestly didn't look like that bad of a hit from my vantage point. Horrible news. Hopefully he's back for the playoffs.

Cyr sure does have the worst injury luck.

Our call-up Stewart looked steady on D. He’s a player we can keep an eye on for the future.
On another note, Lecoultre absolutely needs to be replaced/upgraded for next year. Too many breakouts died on his stick. Bad decisions and risky passes on breakouts stopped any momentum. He can skate but doesn’t quite have the hockey sense. If he wasn’t a Euro it’s possible he wouldn’t even be dressed.

Mika Cyr is injured again, oh my, what a surprise.
What do you do with an injury prone top six forward such as him? Do you keep him and hope that he will somehow toughen up or do you try to get something in return for him. Obviously he cannot be relied upon for the go for it year next year.

Cyr sure does have the worst injury luck. At some point it's no longer luck, he just not that durable.

He’ll be a great player for UdeM. University hockey is more physical than the Q. Especially at the Levesque arena where there is not a lot of room to skate.

Cats are paying the price for keeping Waite, he's struggling and Grametbauer gets overplayed.
