Saw Desnoyers play in the bronze medal game. I would say his stock is definitely on the rise. Seems to do all the little things right. Great forechecker and plays bigger than his size. although potentially a little biased, I thought he was the best Qmjhl drafted forward at the u17 tournament last week.

Started on the 4th line and ended up on the 2nd line for the Bronze Medal Game. Definitely got better as the tournament went on. Scouts notice who steps up when the games get bigger. I wouldn't say he was the best QMJHL drafted player. Top 5, yes. Theo Rochette had a great week. Same for Jeremie Poirier and William Villeneuve of Saint John.

I excluded the Defenseman in my statement. I only Saw Rochette 1 game but he didn't do anything to overly impress me. I know he had a bunch of points but the forward group also seemed stronger as whole. I agree he is the better prospect though.
