With the Mooseheads game postponed, I am probably going to be watching this game haha. Postponed? Probably a very icy drive from Bathurst down to Halifax this morning. That Route 11 is dangerous enough on bare roads. They should have left yesterday with the impending weather. I drove from Halifax to Moncton this morning and it was icy at the Cobequid Pass but just a lot of standing water everywhere else. But the Temp was up to 4C for most of my drive so the ice was gone. I hear it was very bad in NB this morning ... my wife fell/slipped off the exterior steps at 6:30 am taking the dog out (she was not hurt). |

great win watched game on rogers, Leclerc played great , lots of blocked shots by moncton, they were hungry last night and it showed with their effort.

great win watched game on rogers, Leclerc played great , lots of blocked shots by moncton, they were hungry last night and it showed with their effort. I thought they played well enough to win, but again relying on Leclerc to be great. |

Good to get that win. Hopefully provides a much needed spark. Have to keep it rolling though as this means nothing if they turn around and lose to SJ or Bathurst. This is a great opportunity to get on a bit of a run.

Agreed - the schedule sets up nicely for February (compared to January) ... hopefully a kinder schedule, along with some time to absorb Torchetti's lessons let us get things turned around. Wonder when we will see Lavallee get a game? He hasn't played in over a month - can't be great for his development. |
