Hodge had an article on this so let's discuss...
To me, this is the pecking order...assuming they want to contend...
1-McKenna 5 star(he is a lock unless he signs pro or they chose to rebuild) 2-Aspirot 3.5 star(solid stay at home guy with a bit of offense) 3-Cyr 3.5 star(point per game forward, durability issues)
4-Campanneli 3 star(should play somewhere, a 3rd liner on a contender) 5-Huntley 3 star(should have a spot, solid 2nd pair puck mover) 6-Seitz 2.5 star(is not a lock to play in the Q, depend on how many 1999's return) 7-Giguere 2.5 star(similar to Seitz, might or might not have a spot) 8-Anttailainen 2 star(could play if he wasn't a Euro, market will be limited)
In terms of trade value...
Capannelli-possibly as much as a 2nd rounder, safe bet for a 3rd Huntley-should be worth a 3rd, at worse a 4th Seitz-could be worth a conditional 5th or 6th if he sticks all year Giguere-see Seitz Anttalainen-possibly a late rounder in the right situation.

I've been told Moncton is getting Victo's 2019 3rd round pick back from Blainville. That was used to acquire Anttalainen. Capannelli would be a good fit there. The Armada only have one 19 year old on their current roster. He could easily be their #1 centre next season.

They are going to easily lose 2-3 rounds or more on the Giguere Huntley Annttalainen deals.

Cyr- 1055 faceoffs this season, 55.1 win % Capannelli- 917 faceoffs this season, 50.9 win %

I don't see much more offense in his game, he does it a game here and there but not consistently.

I'd keep Cyr over Campanelli. Cyr creates offense and can handle the puck significantly better. Campanelli has better size and speed but Cyr is one of the smartest players we have.

With Cyr, this is his first full year healthy. I could see him taking a huge step forward production wise in his overage season. I don't think it would be crazy to think he could put up number like Asselin did this year with Halifax. As many overageers do, Asselin went from a point per game player to around a 1.33/ppg.

I think it is close between Cyr and Capanelli ... Cyr is 61 points in 60 games, Capanelli is 44 points in 53 games ... but Cyr has played exclusively with top 6 players, usually on top line, while Capanelli has played more on the third line with less skilled linemates. Cyr also gets more PP time. Capanelli is better defensively.
Likely comes down to a combination of what the market is like for each, and how the coaching staff feels about each when it comes to the stuff we don't necessarily see as fans - work ethic, leadership, etc.

I just don’t see him as a top 2 center on a championship team. If they want to win next year they’ll have to go all in, Halifax will be strong and loading up also.
