Boys up 4-0 in the 2nd so far. Now 5-0. 4 goals on 6 shots in the second for the Dogs. Also 2nd short handed goal in three games after only scoring one all of last season. |

I was at the game tonight and the Eagles were the better team by far the whole game. You guys capitalized on pretty much every shot you took on Mandolese. Bouthillier was a brick wall in net for you guys and it easily could have been 4-1 eagles in the 1st. You’ve got a good one in him.
As for other players that caught my eye for you guys, Stairs was definitely one of your best players tonight. Kids got a heavy shot. Also, Brady Burns was all over the place. He’s a workhorse that’s for sure. I was also interested in seeing how Josh Roy would play and I’ve got to say i wasn’t impressed. He never got many shifts, but the times he was on the ice you wouldn’t notice him unless you were looking for him.

He never got many shifts, but the times he was on the ice you wouldn’t notice him unless you were looking for him. I've found Roy like this since last year. He's got great instincts tho, and a quick, lethal release. He's a lot more of a finisher than a playmaker, and I think eventually you'll see him play a lot with either Drover or Burns. Robidas and L'Herueux are definitely the more noticeable players from that draft class. L'Herueux especially will have a hotter start playing with Pelletier and Khovanov. But Roy should be a pretty consistent scorer for years to come. |

Anybody that knows anything ...........knows you guys are the best looking Team in the Maritimes Post 2020 ....Talent Galore ...but I will tell you this ...look at the shots ....your Goalie played fantastic ..."he was not the reason for the collapse " .
