Poor Rodrigue will see more rubber than the proverbial skink on the TCH unless they severely upgrade the defense.

wildcats looked lost and had no compete for the first two periods, I agree the defence needs a physical presence really noticing the loss of aspirot and slyvestre

Time to search for a 20 year D in the Q or a 20 year old D on waivers in WHL or OHL and let Seitz go play JrA somewhere! Both Huntley and Seitz have been underwhelming so far. OHL has quite a few teams playing with only two 20s at the moment so don't know if there's much available for FAs |

Thoughts on some Isles players and their tempo game. I was impressed by Plandowski, looks like an 18 year old. Did not do a lot offensively but big and mobile. The young goalie had a sold game. You guys played a much cleaner game, fewer turnovers and better D structure. |

Half of those guys don't belong as regulars. Dow Hebert and Desrosiers are getting exposed. Huntley is underwhelming. Even Spence has not looked great his first few games back. Dejong is the only one mildly improved. Another dumb move by Khovanov ripping off Beauregard's helmet. If I was Torchetti I'd be losing my shit. |

D'Artagnan Joly was not announced as a member of the Oceanic in the Oceanic's player intros today. Apparently he's being moved. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in a Wildcats uniform before next weekend. |

islanders moved the puck very well and won all the battles along the boards the first two periods, lucas cormier looks really good on the back end as well as bernard. They were on their heels the third until they scored their 5 th goal and that really deflated the wildcats come back push.

I went to the game from PEI with my girlfriend, I had actually just finished telling her that while a good player, Khovanov is known for doing stupid things when he took off Beauregard's helmet. He's fun to watch, but he really needs to learn to use his head out there. |
