The Sea Dogs have another tough test tonight as the first place Sherbrooke Phoenix start a tour of the Maritimes.
The Sea Dogs have been playing well of late (past 3 games - 1w, 1L, 1OTL) and look to improve on their record.
Any word on Maxim Cajkovic? He played a couple of shifts against the Foreurs 2 weeks ago and has not been on the ice since.
Another local player comes in town for his only visit this year - Jaxon Bellamy - seems to have found a home with Sherbrooke.
Go Sea Dogs Go!!

2-0 Phoenix after 2 with a lot of help from the guys in stripes.
Goalie took out Guay and they get the PP and their second Pp goal should have gone to both players.
Dogs are playing a better game and are keeping it competitive.
Go Dogs Go.

Pretty good effort tonight against the #1 ranked team in the counnty. The defense seems to be improving these last few games. It seems to have come at the cost of some offence though but I'll take it. We know they can score and if they can continue to work on their defense, the offence will come back. Getting Cajkovic back will be a huge boost whenever that happens. They did have quite a few chances tonight but couldn't seem to finish. The Sea Dogs' last 3 goals have all been scored on the PP by Guay from almost the exact same spot each time.
