Hey Guys, First I'll preface this with an apology, as I don't have have any juicy trade rumors to share with everyone I was hoping to get your help with a project we'll be launching over the break. In celebration of our 15th season we'll be asking our fans to vote for the 15th Anniversary Team. We've been tinkering with some criteria of who should be included, positions etc. and here's what I'm working with right now: 9 forwards, 6 D and 2 goalies Must have played 34 games with the Sea Dogs Doesn't include anyone from this season (unless they played 34+ games last year) You can view the ballot here > forms.gle/QkpFarpW4z4gcuRE8 feel free to test it out. Just looking for feedback on if this criteria makes sense, should we just have every player ever on the list, have all forwards eligible for each position, include this year, and so on. If there are also any glaring omissions please let us know! Thanks! - Jon Q.

I would alter the criteria slightly to make playoff MVP Charlie Coyle eligible. Maybe change it from 34 regular season games to 34 overall.

Looked good - easy to choose the players. Nice if the player you choose was faded as you pick the 2nd/3rd lines for no duplication so you remember who you chose.

"Just looking for feedback on if this criteria makes sense, should we just have every player ever on the list, have all forwards eligible for each position, include this year, and so on. Great idea, can't wait to vote - but why not include a full roster. 12 forwards, 6 Defense, and 2 goalies - then challenge the Wildcats anniversary team to a grudge match.
Good work guys.

If anything I'd prefer the amount of games be raised somewhat, or to "at least one full season". We've been around 15 years now after all. I don't think someone who played half a season, regardless of how good they were in that half season, should make an "All Time Team". Just my opinion though. I honestly don't care if Charlie Coyle, for example, is included or not.

There are plenty of players to pick from for a full team of 12F, 6D and 2G

I like the idea of a full roster AND they must have played a full season (68 games). Rental players shouldn't be on an all time list IMO.

Thats how I felt too but then I realized it would eliminate guys like Mike Hoffman who did play a full season here but didn't reach the complete 68 regular season games. I think a guy like Hoffman should count. (56 reg. season games) A guy like Coyle should not. (23 reg. season games) But I dont care either way, and a cut-off has to be set somewhere I suppose.

IMO, amount of games shouldn't matter. Impact on the team should hold more importance. For instance, without Booth, Gauthier, and\or Bourque, do you guys win the Presidents Cup in 2017? Do you win without Deserres in 2011? There's been so many good\great players that have gone through Saint John, either for a career, or for a short time? Just my thoughts......
