Shawinigan heads into town tonight with both teams looking to break out of a funk.
Game time is 7:00 PM.

Haven't been to the rink since the Chicoutimi game. Nice to get back.

Laaouan back in. I thought he was supposed to be out week to week. Good to see him back.

Man this team has no drive anymore. Not a chance in hell we are better then we were before the trade deadline.
No heart through the line up.
Welsh almost looks like he's just out to get the season over with. I'm not knocking him he has bailed us out a lot and he's probably fed up giving a 110% and the rest of the boys giving 50%.
Going to be a quick exit out of the playoffs if they keep playing like this.
Which is awful yes teams got better but even still we were a hard team to play against the first half and now we have gone soft.

The boys starting to regain their identity and Peyton is making a case to be one our 20 yr. olds next season.

Left after two boys did not play well at all so many bad turnovers and odd man rushes not sure what you guys were watching
Alexandrov definitely was much better which was nice
Hearing third period was better but can’t comment on what I didn’t see

Great 3rd and one of the better wins of the season

Big one for the boys tonight. How about Peyton with a pair to draw within one and then to tie it up. He’s playing like he’s trying to earn a job for next season.

Good to see Alexandrov turn it up a bit. Peyton with a great game, has been playing well lately. Another player I thought has been playing well is Edwards, up until his suspension. For a guy who had been rumoured to be heading down to the caps, he was giving 110% when most others were not.
Welshy is in a bit of a slump, hopefully he can revive his game before the playoffs come around.
Wasn’t an overly pretty first two periods, but nice to see the boys show some character and battle to get the two points.

Pretty good character win for the team, as bad as the first two periods were they kept playing and got the come from behind win. Not sure if our game picked up or Shawinigan collapsed but it was a much needed win. Kudos to Johnston for dropping the gloves and providing a small spark.

I like the idea of keeping him as a 20 year old. He provides speed, size and toughness.

I too would be fine with Peyton as an overage next year
However should have moved Cedric at trade period this year to maximize return as with his play this season he’s not going to bring much in a trade in June unfortunately

I too would be fine with Peyton as an overage next year However should have moved Cedric at trade period this year to maximize return as with his play this season he’s not going to bring much in a trade in June unfortunately I'm sure CD would have been traded if anybody actually came knocking for him. His numbers this year are just way off from what his past numbers suggest he should trend to ... 25-30 goals and 50-60 pts. I don't think he attracted any attention.
