Weather depending for this game today. The Mooseheads invade TD Station for their last trip to Saint JOhn.
Classified to perform during both intermissions as to why the game is nearly sold out. 5000+ at the station - again weather depending.
Go Sea Dogs Go!!

I just read on Twitter that classified and Halifax made the trip down last night . The roads aren’t to bad in town today. Hopefully we see this big crowd and have the station rocking.

The game has been delayed until 8. It appears the Mooseheads did not arrive last night and were delayed getting into town today.

Classified is here and the game was sold out. They should let people with tickets in to see him and then allow people to use their ticket to redeem another to a future game.

Mooseheads : Won’t drive down the night before the game Mooseheads : drive in inclement weather and get stuck in Moncton You do realize these kids are in school, and probably didn't know till this morning that school was closed, and it's 3.5-4 hours between Halifax and SJ maybe the weather was worse than expected or thought, Sherbrooke did the same thing snowstorm in Bathurst they couldn't get there. Safetly must always come first you hear these days about too many sports teams taking unnecessary risks and dying, Game can be rescheduled.

I figured it was only a matter of time before an opposing player mocked Brady Burns' celebration. I just wasn't expecting that opposing player to be William Villeneuve.

They chose to leave Halifax when the weather was awful in SJ and risk everyone on their bus.

They chose to leave Halifax when the weather was awful in SJ and risk everyone on their bus. not really - they had an out and it was stop if the conditions forced them to - which is what they did. Ahead of Thursday there was a much doubt about safety. Snow started in Halifax at 11am Thursday and then freezing rain short of leaving really early Thursday to get ahead it was all about managing driving windows from noon Thursday until the time they tried. A bigger concern by late Friday may have been the wind. It's really bad on a high sided vehicle. There is inconvenience either way. They do try to be least disruptive for players in school and it has happened before that a team has left really early 2 days before a game only for the game to be snowed out and the whole trip was for nothing and still had to be made up. It's easy to second guess. But they kept their priorities in the right order. And did pay the price having stayed overnight in Moncton anyway.

It hasn't been confirmed yet, but I heard from a pretty reliable source that the Mooseheads caused the storm.
