According to Neil Hodge all QMJHL teams must trim their roster from 34 to 27 by Friday. Cats have 35 guys here currently 34 on ice and Tomasini in quarantine. So I expect 7-8 cuts depending on when Tomasini’s quarantine is over. Here’s my prediction. 3G 9D 15F G Lund-Cornish Sheehan Dimattia D Spence DeJong Stewart Olson Berube Pavan Darcy Dow Desrosier F Hudson Cloutier Daoust Stammer Langlois Stewart Watt Loshing Labelle Bernier Richard Foreman Leblanc Wilson Daniel or Vachon Cut Katz (G) Iasanza (D) Pilotte (D) Casey (F) Crooks (F) Forsythe (F) Daniel or Vachon (F) Quarantine - Tomasini Not here - Barbashev, Fortier and Usnik Did Vachon show up? I would keep Pilotte and cut Daniel and Vachon. |

Did Vachon show up? I would keep Pilotte and cut Daniel and Vachon. He played the first day but I think he must be hurt since he hasn’t played since. Ok FA are tough to determine, some were guaranteed a spot to report, others are just open tryouts. I thought he may have just left for NCAA before exhibitions... |

I think if there is no AHL he will show up 2 weeks before Oct 1 start. No need for him to be at camp, maybe get one exhibition. |

That team looks better than our team last year ... lol With all the 18 year old FA's they will look great in rookie games, the challenge will be once everybody has full rosters and Labelle Loshing Cloutier and Hudson are in the top 6. |
