At least they're actually converting on the PP. After that SH goal I was wondering if we gave up more SH goals than PP goals scored. Special teams have been killing us but nice to see them go 3 for 3 on the PP so far tonight.

Leading the league in short handed goals against. That’s not acceptable.

Make the bleeding stop. Perhaps it’s time to re-evaluate the ‘leadership group’.

Would be nice if they didn't take so many penalties too seeing as how they often struggle to kill them off. I believe the Moose got 3 PP goals and 1 SH goal tonight.

At least they mustered a point tonight. Need to take 2 of the 3 upcoming home games to attain respectability. Not holding my breath. I would have thought they'd get more than a single point from these 3 road games against the same upcoming scenario they are facing at home.

Well that was a much needed win and they didnt allow any power play goals against, no short handed goals and scored a power play goal of their own.
Still need to clean up the defensive break downs. I m not sure how many times both defense went after the puck carrier leaving guys alone for scoring chances.
Oh well a win is a win. Hopefully it will give them some much needed confidence and they can get on a bit of a winning streak.

Yes, the difference between last night's win and most of our losses this season was that we actually outscored the opponent on special teams. Only taking 4 minor penalties and Patenaude stopping Fortier on the penalty shot certainly helped as well.

Only 23 shots against. If they keep the shots against down, they’ll win more than they lose.
