The Sea Dogs hit the road for three (3) games starting tonight in Cape Breton. The Dogs are looking for their first road win of the season after going 0-3-2-1 so far this season.
After getting 6 points last week at home, hopefully the Dogs can keep this up and get some road wins.
Go Sea Dogs Go!!!

Would love to see a replay of that goal that was called off. Could be the turning point of the game.

Well they were upto some of their old tricks defensively. They gave up that late goal in the 1st to give the other team life and momentum heading into the dressing room. That's pretty much been the kiss of death for this team and the first step towards a blown lead. Looked like they might return the favour with a late goal to tie it but it gets waved off and then they take a penalty and give up a PP goal right after that.
Nice to see them hang in there at least but the old guy doing the commentating sure seemed to be getting frustrated with all the odd man rushes the Sea Dogs kept giving up. Must have been his 1st Sea Dogs game of the season.

The good news is that Carruthers got his first goal and added an assist. Also Brady Burns stays hot after a slow start to the season.

Would love to see a replay of that goal that was called off. Could be the turning point of the game. I had a really good look at it and I thought it should have been a good goal .....none of us thought there was a distinctive kicking motion ......wouldn't say it cost you the game though .....your Top Guns just couldn't match Element , LaFrance and Francis ....Grimmard didn't have his A Game ....giving up some weak goals but he was making a lot of Key ...Bang Bang Type Saves....especially in the 3rd Period . If this was a Typical Year ....you guys would be the perfect example of a Team that would benefit greatly from some impact Veterans joining your Lineup after Christmas .....but as we know ...The 20-21 Season will be anything but Typical .

I watched the replays of the goals from last night and IMO Patenaude needs to make some of these saves. He probably should have been pulled after the 3rd or 4th one. Not a good night for him. He made some good saves but let in some he should have stopped.
I know this has been mentioned multiple times before but we continue to get beat by the other teams 20 year old's and veterans and we are missing one and the other one starting every 3rd or 4th game and not stealing the show.

I heard from a very reliable source that the staff member was a very high member of the organization who traveled outside the Atlantic bubble and did not self isolate this person was also with friends at numerous uptown establishments. He also would have been in direct connect with players and staff as well as outside hockey organizations. I dont think we will see hockey in sj for awhile. Also heard sj is going to the orange phase at midnight tonight

There is a lot of misinformation out there - social media has made too many people comfortable with disrespecting people without consequences
