The Islanders head to Sydney to play Cape Breton this afternoon.
Things are a little uncertain about the future of the NS and PEI teams. Yesterday, events in the Halifax area were shut down, so the there are no games for the Mooseheads for the next little while. It is positive to hear that NB teams will be resuming game action in early March.... but they are only playing each other. I understand that the arrangement with NB health authorities is for games within their provincial borders... so no teams from NS or PEI coming in to play and teams won't be leaving the province to play us or any of the NS teams.
Future looks unclear at the moment.
