I really hope these kids keep the same work ethic as they get older because they’ll be one of hell of a team in the future. Skill plus that work ethic can only lead to good things Hope they can lock in Lacroix for a long term deal. He's obviously had a tremendous impact. |

Skill plus that work ethic can only lead to good things Don't get me wrong, I love the work ethic and the fact that they can get good players late, however, the WC need to add a lot of talent in the coming years if they want to compete for a championship. Also, for half the season they played Bathurst and SJ whom have a lot of skill but are not the most disciplined/structured in their own end. |

Got a good example of that in the SHA-RIM series  But againts VDO, well, a little more talent would be welcome in RIM  |

I love a hard working team, don’t get me wrong ... but hard work only beats talent until talent works hard - then it is lights out. |

Hard work without talent will only get you a 1 round upset, you can't win this league with a team full of mid round picks that work hard. You can have a bunch of them but you need skilled impact guys in front of them. |
