Since the NB government announced some new protocols for events/ venue has anyone heard any rumors what will happen to the season ticket holders ? I bought a ticket being told that things were back to normal ( ie no mask 6 feet spacing with seats, getting your old seat back etc) I have both my vaccinations but haven't received any updates or heard anything except the email about picking up tickets on monday or tuesday ? I understand that these things are out of there control and have to follow the provincal guidelines.

I won't be surprised if they re-introduce masks in indoor spaces early next week. I think NB is now the only province that doesn't have mandatory masks indoors.

So masks indoors and must have vaccination passports, wonder about the close seating/standing locations. I will be cancelling my seat, have to wear a mask at work for 12 hours and have bad allergies, not the experience that I want to pay big money for.

We had given serious consideration to renew STH status after a 3 yr absence, however gonna sit this one out, perhaps next year maybe. I completely understand the reasoning behind vaccine passports and ID requirements and masks however I am personally not interested in having to go through that while forking over $$$ for two seats. Full disclosure: I am fully vaccinated and certainly not part nor do I support any anti- vaccine movement.

My wife is a nurse and ends up wearing a mask for 12-14 hour days straight, so it doesn't bother me one bit wearing a mask for 2hours to watch hockey, if it means keeping others protected and continuing to enjoy hockey.

The problem is that some people pretend to be eating or drinking and keep the mask off for the entire game. If you have an empty cup in your hand then you look like you have a drink, and no mask required. Too many people are always looking for a loophole to avoid the restrictions. So, I'll stay away this season. Not interested in hanging around anybody that looks for loopholes. Also, as I get older I find I am losing interest in this product, and probably won't be on here much anymore.
