3 games this weekend. Home and Home against the Titan and a rematch against the Islanders.
2 wins would be a great start.
Didn’t start off right with the Titan scoring 11 seconds in however the Dogs lead 2-1 late in the first.

Well it was. 1-1-1 weekend. Finally got the first win today against the Islanders in PEI.
Time to get ready for two against the Eagles this weekend . Need these 4 points coming up.

Well it was. 1-1-1 weekend. Finally got the first win today against the Islanders in PEI. Time to get ready for two against the Eagles this weekend . Need these 4 points coming up. Wasnt pretty but Lemieux stole the show. Isle deserved a better fate. The way it goes sometimes. That’s what we got him for, good on him. Nice to see a goal from the third line - the third and second lines have been atrocious thus far. Maybe it just takes a few games to get going? Should know about Francis and Kuznetsov soon as Stockton Heat camp wraps up this week. I’m somewhat confident Francis returns, not so much about Kuznetsov? Kind of like 80% on Francis and 40% on Kuz. |

This article provides a pretty good description on the Ryan Francis situation with Calgary. There is also a number of injuries they are currently facing. There were a handful sent down from Calgary today that would bump him down on the depth chart.. but also some sent to their ECHL affiliate. Nice to see the boys get their first win. Hopefully they can get on a bit of a roll now. The offense needs to get going though. Sounds like Lemeiux played a good game though.
