So what do we think? These two players have a lot to do with the Seadogs success going forward.

I'll be surprised if Francis doesn't end up back here. Not really sure what to make of Kuznetsov. I said that I don't think he'll be here but that's just a guess.

Certainly would be nice to get both back. We definitely can use both but at the moment Francis could help produce some offense. Other than the Lawrence, Dufour, Burns line the goals are hard to come by.
I'm not sure where Kuznetsov stands on the Heat depth chart but the currently have nine dmen left in camp. I have no idea if The Flames have more cuts to make.
Fingers crossed that both come back.

Just saw your percentages in the other thread. That's pretty much on par with me.

I think they'll both be here.
Francis by November, if not sooner.
Kuznetsov after the World Jrs.

Including Francis and Kuznetsov the Stockton Heat have 17 Forwards and 10 Defensemen left in camp. Depending on how many guys they carry, I would assume at least 3 forwards and at least 2 dmen will be reassigned.

After 2 games played neither player has a point or a SOG and both are -1. The big difference is one is 6'4" and a d-man and the other is 5'10" and a forward.
I think Frank would really need to light it up for them to want to keep a guy of that size at 20 when they can send him back to junior and delay signing him for a year. Right now he's signed to a pro-tryout contract. I thought I read somewhere the organization has a few injuries up front so if/when those guys can get healthy without more guys getting injured, I think we'll see him get sent back down.
