I was looking at the Q site and noted that the was 0 attendance at both weekend games in Moncton.
Is that accurate? If so - why?

My guess would be maybe 1500. Obviously lots of unused tickets as there was hardly anyone on the end seats meaning they chose not to use their tickets.
In other news this team is really really fun to watch. Not much of a goaltending display from either side yesterday but what a back and forth game. This team just doesn't quit. With Loshings shot hes looking like a guy who should put up 35+ goals at 18 and 19 if he can stay healthy, considering his current pace would put him at 30.
Mercier looks like he fits right in at 16, he plays a little more hard nosed than I was expecting.

Two very exciting games this weekend, they don't give up. I was very impressed with Lemieux as well. He kept us in it on Saturday.

Cats keep reporting zero attendance for some reason. This has been happening before the season commenced again I do believe.

With Irving selling it's newspapers, how are the Wildcats going to get millions in free advertising? With sale of BNI to Postmedia expect to see some of those daily papers to be shut down aka just one for the whole Province. Since Wildcats and Irving media sort of went hand in hand, wondering out loud if the Moncton Wildcat Franchise itself will have new owners in the not to distant future. |
