The Sea Dogs begin their last road trip to Quebec this week with three (3) games starting tonight against the Baie-Comeau Drakkar.
The Drakkar sit 15th overall in the league standings and 9th in the Eastern Conference. A familiar face on the Drakkar will be Evgeny Sapelnikov who started the season with the Dogs and was traded with three picks for Raivis Ansons.
The Sea Dogs are 5-3-1 in Quebec this season.
Bezeau should be back in the lineup. If the Sea Dogs play like they did this past weekend, should be for some good hockey to listen to.

Pretty sloppy attimes and not great goaltending but 5 points for Dufour and a win is a win.

Ugly win. Looks like they were upto their old tricks defensively. A bit overconfident maybe?

Didn't watch or listen to the game. Five goals against though? Thought they shored up defense? There were some effort issues that got a few guys a whole lot less ice time. Our 4th line seemed like they played every other shift in the third. While BC was afraid to put Gaucher against the Lawrence line (which was likely a good choice), we ended up matching up the 4th line against them in the 3rd. Villeneuve and Sevigny are starting to really come together as a pair and the Lawrence line was awesome. There were some chemistry problems outside of that and some effort issues. Also, Drapeau was very good IMO. If he ever gets a shot with Kuznetsov, I think that instantly becomes our 2nd pair. |

Does anybody know how the webcast is on BC Is it worth spending the money? Baie Comeau have the best announces in the league on the video cast in my opinion. Feels like your listening to two friends banter back and forth throughout the whole game. |
