The Islanders continue road action tonight with a trip over to Moncton.
Now that we are into the playoff push, every game potentially has significant ramifications. Plus, the Wildcats are a potential playoff matchup.
Game time is 7:00.

Man Brabenec has had a rough go lately. The hit on Thursday where he was down for a bit, took a bad slash on Saturday that him down for a couple minutes, and then whatever happened to him tonight. I didn't see what happened but I'm hoping he's alright.
Hope to see him and Elliot back out for the 3rd.

Cormier has 31 goals on the season and the first defenseman to break 30 in a season since 05-06 in the Q. He still sits behind Tourigny for points by a defenseman though.
Simoneaux records his 300 career point.
Nice to see Bowness get a goal.

that looked like the team we saw early glimpses of after the trade period before the rash of injuries
totally dominant performance
the top players were all good... great games by Simoneau, Guay, Brabanec, Budgell, Cormier, Laoouan, Trudeau and Lapenna was solid when needed
hopefully just precaution keeping Eliott out after the high hit from Bellamy..... was defeinitely a solid forearm shiver to the side of the head

I THINK A LOT OF YOU MUST HAVE YOUR BLINDERS ON YOU ARE MISSING ONE PLAYER WHO GIVES HIS HEART AND SOUL EVERY SECOND HE IS ON THE ICE..... WHY IS #12 KERIN GALLANT NOT MENTIONED THROUGH OUT A LOT OF THE WINS ? Obviously he should be mentioned more…but there’s no need to comment “Kieran was our hardest worker out there tonight” after every single game. He’s a heart and soul player, the kind that every team needs to win a championship. Nice to see him put up a couple of goals lately too
