I get that the Titan have played a ton of hockey in the last week and a half, but man…those guys look terrible. How did Lapierre play a few games in the NHL this year?? Lafrance, a top goal scorer, has been completely invisible… Lapierre had a lot of ice time with guys like Oshie and Kuznetsov in his handful of games with them. What's funny is he looked great, but I think a lot of people expect him to be flashy but that's not really his game. He's generally a pretty dependable player though

To this point, the Wildcats gave us a tougher series. I’m quite certain that Bathurst will turn it around and likely play their best game of the series Thursday night…but up until now, they’ve looked horrible. On the other hand, the Isles look great. I was kind of worried about our ability to score goals heading into the playoffs, but clearly that hasn’t been an issue thus far. Also, Rimouski steals one from Quebec tonight, heading home 1-1.

Bednar looks off this series, maybe he's injured. If Bednar was playing like he can, this would be a much tighter series. Plus Lemieux definitely turned cheat codes on last round, he was making incredible saves.

Bedmar has never really been impressive in my opinion always thought he’s been highly overrated

He hasn’t played great, but he definitely isn’t playing terrible…the Titan defence are subpar and just leaving him out to dry routinely. His rebound control has been a bit suspect, but there really hasn’t been many soft goals for the most part.

How we can only get 2200 fans is foolish. We shouldn’t have less then 3000 this time of year.

Sunday in Sherbrooke they had 3800 - last night they dropped to 2600. Quebec isn't drawing well either. The Q did themselves no favors scheduling the playoffs the way they did.

Islander's have home ice advantage but get terrible days for their home games. Games on Friday and Saturday nights draw a ton more people.

Dominant performance again
agreed the Boyd hit is not worthy of a suspension but it's the Q so never rule anything out
what a difference having him back makes tho... wonder how mikeb feels about him now?
anyways i say put it away Thursday .... but i'm expecting a tighter overall game

Think the difference is the D core for the series....PEI has strong D and Bathurst not so much...Expect a better performance on Thursday, but think Lafrance, MacArthur and Chisholm aren't 100%. Plus physically PEI is much stronger, When Kidney leads the hits last night for the Titan, there is something going on, rest of the team needs to step up.
Think the Titan are out of gas.... still think PEI in 4 but after last 2 games a sweep could happen....

Those were two convincing wins - but especially tonight. It kind of goes without saying that the Islanders are peaking at the right time. They're a really good hockey team - deep - rarely make mistakes - and they have some swagger too. They throw it around with confidence - as if knowing they have the skills to recover if they make a mistake. The Titan are already on the ropes - facing elimination. Wow. . . Ummm - WTF is pot commited? Just a poker Saying. Your in too deep to fold. He called the penalty, couldn’t change it after probably seeing the replay. Called 2 quick ones on the Titan
