Islanders renew contracts of Hockey Operations staff
The Charlottetown Islanders announced today that they’ve renewed the contracts for multiple members of the hockey operations staff. Head coach and general manager Jim Hulton has signed a three-year agreement to remain in his role, while associate coach and assistant general manager Guy Girouard, assistant coach Kevin Henderson, equipment manager Andrew “Spider” MacNeill, and athletic therapist Devin Atkin have all signed two-year agreements.
“As we enter a new chapter of the franchise’s story heading into our tenth year as the Islanders, it was important to us that we secure our future behind the bench with the hockey operations staff that has brought us our greatest successes as a franchise.” Said Islanders president of operations, Craig Foster.
