for a guy playing on the worst team in the league, at 18 years old, in his first full season as a starter, he looks extremely promising for the next 2 seasons. 

Fleming is sporting a 3.67 GAA, and an 899. SV percentage. While that isn't overly great but given the circumstances and how many shots he's facing per game, he's doing quite well. 

He looks calm out there regardless of the score or how the team in front of him is playing. 

Looking forward to watching him develop and he could potentially be a good trade chip goalie next season if he puts up even better numbers.

well....definitely did not expect Fleming to play on his head tonight to steal that game from the Moose with an absolute depleted roster...but here we are, wow.

after another strong game tonight Fleming sits at a 903 SV%. When you look at the league as a whole and goalies who have played at least 30 games. Fleming actually sits 7th among that group in SV%, that's pretty good considering he's on the last place team. I think next year he could definitely be top 5.
