Well, with not many games left the boys are still trying to get that last playoff spot. Points in the last 5 games. What are your thoughts on them making it?

Val D'Or is up 2 with the tie-breaker (but SJ has a game in hand) and have their 6th and 7th string goalies available for the rest of the season.

As exciting as playoffs can be, a pair of midweek lopsided home games and an early exit doesn't exactly get my blood pumping. Great if they make it, experience is always a plus, but Burns chasing the points record is probably a more intriguing storyline for me down the stretch.

Q playoffs for a rebuilding team isn't exciting. Also don't think you're losing much on the experience side by avoiding a first round blowout. With how much these kids grow in an off season its the work they put in between game 68 of this year and game 1 of next year that will help them grow more than the experience of losing 4 games over 6 days to a team mostly 2-3 years older.

I think it would be nice to say that they made it. I cant see them making it past the first round if they do make it but still be nice to get a couple of extra games at the station.
