proud of the response tonight.... first period was our best of the series.... and nobody did anything stupid
Gallant you can see how respected he is around the league... i hope his leadership has been passed onto the next group
weird to hear the guys calling the game mention many times the excitement of having a first round pick... so much for the foolish league rule i guess hahaha
Quebec is a great team..... going to be some good hockey later in this playoffs

I'm of the opinion that Halifax is the 4th best team in the league.
They have the firepower to run any team out of the building, but their D leaves a lot to be desired.
Quebec, OTOH, might be the best team in the entire league. On top of having a forward corps that compares to Gatineau and Halifax, they have arguably the deepest D and Rousseau is a stud in net.

I didn't see any of this series. I didn't get to either game and I didn't pony up the cash to get a playoff package, given the result.
I know Quebec is awesome....but on paper I think Sherbrooke is just stacked with high end talent. You don't really see the depth play in to the equation until you actually see the teams on ice.
Gatineau is supposed to be good too... but I really am keen to see how far Sherbrooke can go.
We had a very good team last year. But I think the top teams this year are a cut above the Islanders and Shawinigan from last year's playoffs.

You never know what can happen in the playoffs. The Seadogs last season were on a big winning streak going into playoffs and lost in 5 games with Gordie behind the bench. Anything can happen on any given night.
