Lots of people saying this is the steal of the first round.. the Eastlink boys comparing him to Noah Laouaan.. Kearsey and Conrad could be a beautiful top pair in 2 years time Hulton loves pairings like that…he built Cormier/Laaouen from an early age |

Conrad is a 6’2” 193 lb LHD.
This year with Pictou U18 he was 9-23-32 in 33 games.
Loving the positive verbal we are hearing on Conrad so far!

Another left handed D man Zackary Plamondon selected.
Would’ve thought they went after a goalie with that pick but there were two goalies that went shortly before that..wonder if that threw a wrench in the plans

Hickey ranked lower on the CSR list than he should be (9-12th round), smaller goalie but very athletic and moves well. Will be a project, I'd probably prefer Carter Arnold out of the NL 07 goaltending duo but both are strong contenders to be Q-level goalies.

At that point, he’s just not in the teams plans and Jim’s just giving him a place to play in return for a draft pick that may never play.
He definitely showed spurts of great potential, but his highs and lows are pretty dramatic. We’ll bring in 2 new euros that fit with the teams timeline to compete
