The Islander are back on ice for exhibition play tonight. Tonight the host Halifax at the new Eliyahu Wellness Centre in North Rustico.
Game time is 7:00.

That was a pretty fun game to be at! I'd say we out played in the first 2 periods but too many mistakes in the 3rd handed Halifax the lead. Assists should be given to the young crowd that never let up with the chants to get the game going again and the tying goal in the net! All in all, a fairly decent effort all around. Morneau and Bell on a line makes for some pretty fancy puck handling and passing. Ozols looked solid throughout the whole game. He seems calm under pressure which is nice to see in our net finally. Butler, Conrad and Kearsey were other stand outs tonight for me. Just solid plays all around and making smart passes and the ability to see where the puck needs to go. Back at it tomorrow Does Huckins finally get a start? We shall see!
