I would like to see Allen called up for the 2nd half of the season.
The 18yr old is having a solid season in Mirimichi with the Timberwolves with stat lines looking like the following:
13GP
14G
14A
28Pts
I feel that he would be a good addition to the bottom 6.....and someone who could play a good two way game. Solid in his own zone and a hustler and hard worker which is a big thing for Hulton.
Again, he is 18yrs old....

I don't think there is a lot of history of Hulto n bringing players back who have been here and then sent to JrA....midget is one thing...it seems that if Jim sends you to JrA that you probably won't be back. Rutledge was a nice surprise call up... I don't expect he will be back to stay either, even with his great stats. |

Nicholson is the only one who may be back for the 2nd 1/2 He's still playing Major Midget at 17yrs old....and only 11pts in 11gp... He should be much better then that. |

He will be fine and is the next in line if an opportunity arises. He should be playing in Amherst at 17yrs old. I would add Allen over Nicholson any day. |

Nicholson will be up not Allen. Nicholson reminds me of Nathan Mossey... Allen IS a better fit for the Islanders then 17yr old Nicholson who is playing Midget hockey. |
