He looked decent out there. Some first game jitters and a few mistakes which you'd expect on a rebuilding junior team. Besides that though he showed good hustle and awareness. Could end up a good fit with the team. |

I thought he looked very nervous... from his solo lap before the game where he couldn't handle nor shoot the puck (ice might have had alot of water on it but still didn't look great) to his early shifts where he seemed caught out of position numerous times
He did settle down as the game went on and was far less noticable in the latter stages..... it's one game and I dunno if he had any practice time with the club yet but i'd curb expectations for sure
I thought Shields and Allen looked pretty good up front tho......
it's gonna be alot of low scoring hockey the rest of the year
