The trade deadline is done and the re-tooled Sea Dogs start the post trade schedule with two (2) games this week.
First up is Rimouski on the 11th and then Victoriaville on the 13th.
I am looking forward to seeing how the younger Sea Dogs compete. Will we see Olivier Groulx tonight? Interesting to see who Mateiko lines up with. Noticed on the website showing only 6 D men listed. I thought Richard and Duhamel were sticking around or just an oversight?

There are multiple teams with rosters that are incomplete. The deadline to submit was yesterday at noon Eastern. Also, the team said in the paper yesterday that the Groulx, Beveridge, Duhamel and Amyot should all be in the lineup tonight and Robinson should be starting. |

Well that was unexpected. Fun game. Leaver has done well these last 2 games. Nice to see him get a W.

It was a nice game. The boys were fighting for every puck, throwing their bodies in front of shots and frustrating the Tigres. After the first period I thought the game would get out of hand physically as they were getting under the opponents skin.

I really like what I saw in this game. The team did not back down at anytime. They made it very hard for Vic to play their game as the guys were up in their face all the time. Leaver played great and the D did a great job on boxing out and blocking lots of shots. Let’s hope they can build off that game and get some big points this week. I like the speed and pressure the new forwards show.
