The Islanders wrap up a busy weekend with a visit from the Memorial Cup champion Quebec Remparts.
Game time is 3:00 PM.

Quebec beat Halifax last night so they are probably riding high on that. I will say the bridge was closed to all traffic for a while last night, wonder if they got through before or had to wait?
Hope we can get a win on home ice, I think the team really needs it.

I think it was closed from about 10:00 until about 2:00 AM. No way they would have left Halifax with the bridge closed. Quebec beat Halifax last night so they are probably riding high on that. I will say the bridge was closed to all traffic for a while last night, wonder if they got through before or had to wait? Hope we can get a win on home ice, I think the team really needs it. |

What an ugly, ugly play by Plouffe to drive Horth into the bench door opening. No place in the game for that behavior.

What an ugly, ugly play by Plouffe to drive Horth into the bench door opening. No place in the game for that behavior. That was pretty scary to watch. Glad Horth was out playing again but I wonder if it didn't cause some damage that might be an issue later this week. It's been a very rough patch, must be incredibly disheartening for the team as well as the fans |

Pretty terrible effort…a lot of standing around and doing nothing. No way we should lose to that team.
This is far down the list of our problems but somebody has to tell Will Allen he’s not playing Junior A anymore. Guy has to realize he’s on the fourth line and not going to dangle through everybody…just chip it in and use your speed and he’d be so effective.

They had to wait. They arrived at their hotel at 4:30 in the morning. |

It's frustrating going to games. The teams they should be beating are the ones they play so flat in and lose.
Though I did miss this game because I had my own game to play at the same time.
