He now has 24pts in 37gp. 9ptsin his last 9gp........I believe Kids unbelievable. Such a turn around. He’s matured so much on and off the ice. You can tell he really is working hard but he’s also having a blast. Always out giving pucks to the kids, signing autographs and always smiling. I am super impressed with his growth this season. I really hope he sticks around as a 20 next season. We love Hughesy! |

Hughes really has come around. There was a time back in the fall where I thought he'd be soon suiting up in the Jr. B league. He's really shown his skill and is one of our top offensive producers.
And maybe this was just a case of not believing every rumor you hear. It very well could just be the case that early in the season he was dealing with injury. Who knows?
Hughes really looks to be making a great case to be one of our 20 y/o players next season.

You guys are lucky as your stream is one of the best in the league. I watch different games and it is so hard to watch. The league should make teams have to do a better job or offer the service for free. |

I mean he has virtually no competition right now so i'd say he is a lock not like we have a bunch of picks to toss around to add anyone at the draft as a stopgap 20 but yes good on the kid for coming back with a renewed energy and dedictaion to whatever it was that held him back early in the year |

Good to get the win. 3 points this weekend isn't too bad. It's 3 points worse that Quebec's pick from us will be.
Given the last couple vs Bathurst, I wasn't expecting a win, or even a close game.
