That's a tough one. Topilnyckyj gets clipped in the head by Loshing, struggles to get up, and in goes the tying goal. A very unusual mistake by Kearsey leading to the 3rd for Moncton. Good to see Horth tie it up, but again it was giveaways that cost them the game.
Topilnyckyj was really not well after that. Was at the end of the bench with the trainer for a long time before leaving the game. i will be surprised if we see him tomorrow.
On another note, hoping the head coach of the Sea Dogs is ok, what a scary scene for everyone.

But a few weeks ago he did the same thing, but wrapped it around the boards which lead to a breakaway and a goal…a bit of a safer play, but it’s a game of inches and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I think the bigger bonehead play was Huckins, he could’ve just flipped it out off the boards or held the puck but he turns it over and gives the Cats momentum scoring with 1 sec left. |
