He is biter that his "scoop" didn't go through. He should maybe find out why Morin isn't signed (yet) instead of bashing the team. Doesn't mention that we had a nice 4 game victory run?? Well, FWIW, Morin is still listed on Youngstown's roster. They do have to release him in order for him to sign here. exactly my point, he should of verified allot of things before saying that the Sea Dogs are not signing Morin. I doubt that if he gets released, that this will be a freebie, where are information on that? What about Morin himself? Nowhere he indicates that he spoke to his agent or anyone else...states a "reliable" source. |

Can't help but wonder if this is a one year stop for him and he attends BU with the probable upcoming rule changes.
If so, does he become a trade chip at the Christmas deadline? Hard to pinpoint a value for a 1-year 17 year old rental if that is the case.

He could just not care about the Sea Dogs considering he's working for a local Quebec City newspapers and not a national outlet. As far as I know, he covered the story first, even before Saint John or NB reporters. Besides, the part about the playoffs is just stating a fact. Saying Lalancette has bias for Quebec is ridiculous considering he grew up as a Sags fan hating the Remparts! |

I guess his struggles in the USHL might have played a part in BU's decision, while BU pushing back his entrance might have played a part in his decision to leave for the CHL. |
