Gauthier with a hat trick and 8 points in 3 pre-season games wow. Hopefully some of it can translate to the regular season but he may end up being a steal down the road Gauthier is nasty out there. So fun to watch! Regular season wont look anything like this but he has the potential to be a half ppg type player this season. |

Early looks show he's got most of the tools, I'd be really happy if he puts up 35-40 points but he'd have to work his way up the lineup and see what he can do against older players. he will be exciting to watch develop. |

Final forward spot Could be between Rushton and Cziment id go Rushton for size. As for goalies id run Anderson and Quimper. The defesne speaks for its self really only battle is for the 7th spot Dyke Morin seem to be good candidates rn. Im really hoping Anderson works out and we can grab an OA forward.

I'd like to see both make it, I think both have been really good and better than guys like Frechette. I think final cuts come down to this for the forwards: Andrews Cal Larsen Wallace Pare Paul Frechette Shearer a lot of these guys were solid but I think Cziment, Rushton, Gauthier, Dickson, Arsenault, Rhyno have all been better and will fill those 6 slots barring any trades. We also don't have any euros so maybe we end up picking one up but the problem then remains the same of having a tight roster. I still think Fleming ends up back as the starter but both George and Quimper have been good, and hope we get to see Anderson tomorrow. Tough choices overall for Gordie. |

How has Arsenault looked so far? really good, has quite the shot for a smaller guy, and is very shifty/crafty with the puck. Definitely stands out when he's on the ice. Makes sense why the team was high on him. |
