My god those wildcat jerseys are ugly In person, they aren’t terrible - but the font on the name bars and numbers is impossible to read from any distance - not enough colour distinction from the black. They remind me a little of the Jays city connect jerseys … which I am lukewarm on. IMO, if they absolutely wanted a black third jersey, they should have brought back the black and gold ones from the year they hosted the Mem Cup. |

I like the black and red color scheme…but yes, the numbers/names are impossible to read on camera. The “logo” (if you wanna call it that) is also lame…come up with an actual logo for those jerseys and they would be awesome |

I initially thought they were awful just seeing them at the roar store but in seeing the entire uniform come together they are at minimum something unique that hasnt been done which is very "not wildcats" and at best one of my favourite Wildcat jerseys, which is a very low bar since I've really never been much of a fan of their jerseys. The latest iteration since 2018 has been an improvement but still very meh. I love the black matte helmets. I'm assuming there was some Gardiner influence on these given the UNB colour scheme. The blacks for the memorial cup year were ok but too Boston Bruins looking for me. One thing for sure is that they are obviously popular with some people because the hats and jerseys were selling like crazy. |

That part is the same in person - numbers and names are not readable, especially when players are moving. |
