Not only does the Canal smell rotten in Moncton, but now they are the rotten fish smell of Irving's $$$s ;D *yawn* Took ya long enough to get here. On a related note, I've heard that no money actually changes hands. The deals that are signed (extra education money) only comes into effect IF the player does not go pro. I see no problems with a team upping its eduction package to entice players with thoughts of going NCAA.

I think that those type of deals are fine. It allows us to compete with other US leagues. Plus it's not the kids fault that the education fund is not as much as it should be.

"in keeping with Wildcat club policy financial terms were not disclosed" Congratulations non the less, I wish the owner of my team had the balls to have the best team money can buy. The Bourdon deal and the Brown/macausland coup have sped up the rebuilding process nicely.

He's not the only owner with dough...it's got more to do with the excellence of the organization and the committment of the owner. Even money can't buy the passion RKI has for his team. Thanks for the entertaining comments, we all value your opinion so much!
