Good to see Riopel getting the start tonight. I sure it will be good for him to get a few starts prior to the season opener. Hopefully he is all healed!!!

Good to see Riopel getting the start tonight. I sure it will be good for him to get a few starts prior to the season opener. Hopefully he is all healed!!! He didn't get tested much...looked a bit shaky on a couple of shots, but it's to be expected after being out nearly 2 weeks. |

He totally sucked in warmups but played very well in the game. He also didn't warmup as much as he normally would.

he made a few good saves, other then that pretty easy game for him eventhought he didn't play a game in a while!

He made some excellent saves up at my end in period three.

I thought Riopel played really well. He didn't get much work, thats for sure. He got a shutout so he didn't play that bad.  |
